WW2 era,abandoned looking 50,000 square feet factory with boiler room. The factory is available for photo shoots and video production.
There is the main open area of the factory with approximately 40,000 sq. ft. and there is an additional 10,000 in attached rooms, restroom, boiler room and 2 additional rooms that are open floor. All of the interior ceiling is exposed rusty pipes and beams except in the boiler room where there is no roof.
